Welcome to our website. By using our site and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Website Use

This website is provided for customers to browse, purchase, and upload artwork for trade show display products. You agree to use the site responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

You may not use this site to create, upload, or order any materials that are unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse service if any order violates these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, graphics, text, layouts, and product templates—is owned by us or licensed for our use. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute this content except for creating and ordering products through our store.

You are responsible for ensuring that any files you upload (logos, designs, text, etc.) do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights.

3. Order Process

To place an order:

  • Select your product

  • Upload your artwork or choose design service

  • Complete checkout

Production begins only after you approve your final proof. We do not accept verbal approvals—approval must be in writing via email or platform message.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Trade Show Booth Kits and Las Vegas Rentals within the continental United States.

5. Returns & Reprints

If your order has a problem, notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Contact us via email with your order number and photos of the issue.

If there’s a verified defect or production error, we may offer a reprint or replacement. Expedited service fees (such as rush shipping) are non-refundable. Return shipping may be required at your expense.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork when "Print As Is" is selected.

6. Colors & Proof Accuracy

Color proofs may not exactly match final printed materials due to differences in printing processes. We do our best to maintain accuracy, but 100% color matching is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events. Our responsibility is limited to replacing or refunding defective items as described above.

8. Indemnification

By uploading and submitting artwork, you warrant that you own all rights or have permission to use it. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims related to copyright, trademark, or content disputes.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate content or violation of our policies.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
